@@Person_7233 pink himalayan salt, black pepper, routine salt baths with essential oils and rosemary, nightly/weekly candles, make your own protection oils/mists with water/herbs/essential oils, routinely clean floors and mirrors, protection sigils on tvs and mirrors (I do a protection sigil with mirror cleaner every time I clean each week), incense, prayer, tea herbs like peppermint and any other ones can be used for different things with whatever intentions you set, set intention into everything such as your beauty routine, cooking food, cleaning, filling your drinks and setting good intentions/prayers into them. Know your power. Garlic is great protection in ur food as is all forms of pepper. Tea is great I’ll sprinkle tea herbs in my bath. Use whatever you feel called to and find what works best for you. Also ash from incense and what not is great for cleansing and protecting. I do weekly protection candles and when my energy is rlly off I’ll do consistent return to sender candles and jars (make sure to cap it so they can’t send that shit back like a game of badminton) if ur not into that just set intentions into everything and do constant cleansing/prayers. Me too, but my beauty is restored after doing return to senders, I also have PCOS.

@@Person_7233 pink himalayan salt, black pepper, routine salt baths with essential oils and rosemary, nightly/weekly candles, make your own protection oils/mists with water/herbs/essential oils, routinely clean floors and mirrors, protection sigils on tvs and mirrors (I do a protection sigil with mirror cleaner every time I clean each week), incense, prayer, tea herbs like peppermint and any other ones can be used for different things with whatever intentions you set, set intention into everything such as your beauty routine, cooking food, cleaning, filling your drinks and setting good intentions/prayers into them. Know your power. Garlic is great protection in ur food as is all forms of pepper. Tea is great I’ll sprinkle tea herbs in my bath. Use whatever you feel called to and find what works best for you. Also ash from incense and what not is great for cleansing and protecting. I do weekly protection candles and when my energy is rlly off I’ll do consistent return to sender candles and jars (make sure to cap it so they can’t send that shit back like a game of badminton) if ur not into that just set intentions into everything and do constant cleansing/prayers.
