Love the loose grip advice. I try and have a loose grip during regular play (thanks to your other videos) but I don’t think I grip loose on the break. I’ll try that out.

You want the cue ball to pop up off the break.
Ive been using a 9ball cue to break for a while..gotta get those 1000 breaks in 1 night tho

If you're an average player up against a better player (but not top shelf), is a break which produces clusters a worthwhile strategy?
Unfortunately no because the better players will have more skills in the tactical department too.
So your only option is to get improve. 😊
