Ever lose frames that you had full control of and wonder what you can do to improve on that. Well in this episode I show you nice little safeties that will put you in the winning position every time. Nice ..I like the book process..
Yeah it sure has helped me over the years.
Bad luck Jakk
😫😞
These are very educational. Thank you Michael!
Cheers legend
Omg it actually works 😮😂
😂
One caveat to that first tip though is you don't want to give the opponent a triple combo onto it though, or they could pot it!
Yeah it’s all about percentages keep them in your favour and more often you will win games than you lose.
Hehe first one is a good lesson in adversity, if not in safe patterns. Second one, thanks for the tip, of when you have a cluster actually picking which ball you want to hit, rather than just the cluster in general.
Yeah correct you must at least try and hit a certain part of the cluster rather than blast into it. 👌🏼
Hehe why is jumping the pack a dirty tactic? That's just a cool trick shot and sometimes actually handy. Then again, my friend called me dirty the other day after I did "The Scerri" a tactic I named after Michael, so ay what would I know. P.S. The Scerri is when you have a ball in the jaws of the pocket and you nudge it from one jaw to the other, and purposefully miss.
😆
Black and white were both dece pots - ha. Very unfortunate.
Go the greenies
Yeah ya 😃
You and Marc are a good team. Good quality content.
Cheers legend
Still an awesome shot
Yep 👌🏼
Your videos are extremely helpful. Do you have a video (or can you make one) on how you're putting spin/side on the cue ball. I understand your hitting off centre but does the whole cue line up that way, or do you aim centrally first and then move your front or back hand to get the tip of the cue to hit off centre? Thanks

👌🏼🔥
Nice one. Absolutely nailed that black. Even Mick watches Scerri's videos - ha.
👌🏼😁😁
I was so proud of myself for looking at the pattern in the first frame shown here and guessing correctly how he'd play it out before he did it for once. This was a simple one, so that helps, but still I hope it means I'm learning something. Great pool!
Yes correct the more you watch and observe the more patterns you will see over time.
Really enjoying your commentary and the quality of pool in your exhibition game with Mick Hill. An absolute pleasure!
Cheers mate much appreciated

Brilliant content
Much appreciated
This is GREAT! Thanks
You’re welcome
Another banger
🙏🔥
Extremely helpful!
Thanks legend
Michael... This is the first video that actually explains where to aim ... it is where my game has been lacking, so thanks Michael keep up the great work
Cheers legend
Great tips. Watching snooker always think of putting the black on the top/bottom cushion with maximum distance from cue ball. However generally east to get wrong. 😢
Nuts. I'd assume a slight lean on the table unless the knuckles made the 8ball curve, chalk mark, gutter divot...
Nice break game #2 How heavy is your break cue? size tip, length?
I use my nine ball cue to break with, It has a predator Z2 shaft with a cheap butt on it. I think the tip size is around 12-13mm length around 59-60in weight I would say roughly 18oz
Yeah these are gold for a pub level player like me. The solo ones you do are good for that knowledge and how to's but I think a lot of players at my level are a lot more captivated when its an insight into the thoughts and ideas of a top player when in a real match.
Cheers mate appreciate it 👌🏼
Great video Michael!
Thanks 🙏
Great video Michael, Mick is real a legend in the game. Interesting to hear thoughts of the top players like yourself, and reasons for shot choice.
Thanks 😀
Amazing stuff, so cool to see. Would love to see the full match somewhere? Or at least know the results, but regardless, incredible stuff!
Cheers mate it was just an exhibition mick got me 11-7
This is great! Do you have a full match video, Mig?
Cheers nah mate I don’t have the full video
Nice one, plumb off the two cushions. That cloth would do my swede in.
😁
That was great !

3:07 Butt crack. Nice.
Enjoying your videos. I watched one of your other ones yesterday and then went and played my friend who I'm normally even with and creamed him 14-5 just playing more defensively than usual. I basically just waited for him to solve my problems for me, rather than me solving his problems for him! But when I had my last ball in the pocket jaws and the black on the opposite end rail, I still went for it, just couldn't help myself sorry ;)
Haha great to hear all the best 👌🏼
Hi I’m from the US and I just received my 2024 Raptor. What is included in your Herrod upgrade? Great video btw
This includes a recalibrated ECU and larger intercooler and transmission cooler manufactured by Australian performance specialist PWR. Herrod releases an extra 60kW/200Nm on its hub dyno, so engine estimates of 380kW/780Nm are, if anything, conservative. Either way it’s a substantial increase over the standard car’s 292kW/583Nm. There is no appreciable change in lag - boost pressure has only increased by 2psi

First 3000k mine was using something like 16-18lt/100k 😂😂😂 now it settled at 13/14. But long highway drive is not gone below 10. Might be more heavy than you too have lots of junk in the back 😂 but hey Im not complaining and I guess who does should not have bought a performance car 😂😂😂... Have seen lots of cars and Jeeps / Nissan /Toyota they use more or the same in normal driving with lot less perform and room so I love every cent spent on it 🎉🎉
Yeah, that’s right. It might be the Harred performance tune that helps or it might be that I’ve done 24,000 km in the car as well. 👌🏼
What were you seeing pre tune for an average usage?
The car was only about two months old when I got it done but I feel it has gotten better the more the motor has run in and possibly the Herrod tune.
I assume that is while using cruse control mate..thanks for the info..pity we can't get it done in Tas...by the time you factor boat and accommodation it's not worth it
Bonnie Doon snippet 😂😂😂. Gold
😁
Nice one! What’s your long term average fuel consumption city driving more than freeway ?
I think around 13.0 per 100
Very nice car. Lots of power and speed and really reasonable mileage given the weight of the vehicle.
Yeah agree goes alright 👍
