Iv reset my hilook DVR to the the factory defaults restore device to inactive status and all settings include network and password and now my mobile phone is offline and I don't know how to do it can anybody help me thank you

Hi John, this is an Spro thread but, make sure your DVR has it's 'DHCP' applied and saved.
I'm no expert on Hilook as we deal with original Hikvision and Spro equipment but, if you've done a total factory default reset then the connection between DVR and router will have been cancelled too in that reset.
DHCP is basically the handshake between both DVR and router.
