How to temporarily fix your blower motor

Service call AC freezing up found X 13 speed tap number three not working drop it down the number two found that the filter was double filtered removed one of the filters in the grill. Instructed the homeowner that they need to add more return most likely broken due to the fact that not enough return high static.
