From since the pandemic. I started to carry everything in my bag. From toilet paper, hand wash, paper towel towel, Lysol spray, toilet seat cover. feminine wipes, I flatten the toilet paper and fold up some paper towels so that it doesn't be to so bulk up in my bag. You name it , it's in my bag. Plus I gets so many recommendations from your TH-cam channel. I can never go off track. Thank you for sharing.

Another thing that helps when using public restrooms is to cover the toilet water with tissues before you start to use it. Keeps water from splashing up on you.

I am plus size. I put my favorite gel deodorant in my creases and under my breast as well as my arm pits after showering. Right after my shower I'll throughly pat dry in my creases then I'll use my gel deodorant. Helps when it's hot. Lifesaver for me especially in summer.

Pantyliners under the boob is genius. Thank you for sharing that! Since I had kids I sweat under my boobs excessively and had to start putting deodorant there. I'm going to add the pantyliners and see how that helps!

Thanks for all these amazing tips. I keep sanitizer, alcohol pads and antibacterial wipes in my vehicle, just in case I need to use a public restroom. I do not touch grocery store carts, or shopping carts without first cleaning them, and I use surgical gloves at the gas pumps (I refuse to touch the handles at the gas station... eeewww!)

I love these seasonal hygiene videos! After trial and error, I found that mineral salt deodorant has been working best for me. It's odorless and comes in a spray form so I can apply and not smell my pits all day, I'm thankful to have it since last fall.

Update on strawberry skin routine
I’m a custodian of 20 years but I’ve been cleaning all my life bring your own tissue when you’re using public restrooms I know I’m very clean with what I do but I see custodian/janitors keep the toilet paper out and the open on their cart that is disgusting I keep it in a plastic bag until I’m ready to put it in the dispenser. Anything can spill on it when it’s in the cart and then you wonder why you have got a UTI when I do overtime and use somebody car in anytime I see the tissue out I throw it in the garbage this is exactly why I keep a roll in my purse in baby wipes, the sensitive kind

I would like to know how to get rid of dark bra straps marks?.
I sweat between my bikini line and under breast now I have gained some weight. I use the dove aluminum free deodorant under my boobs and witch hazel under my armpit. I always use the paper towel method when open the door or use hand sanitizer if I forget to do that.
Make sure you are getting all the creases and crevices when you shower. And also 15 to 20 minutes is not getting it.
A bath is needed, showers are not enough and a soak with apple cidar vinegar

The toilet seat covers are ok but you would do better letting the seat up on a public restroom and try not to let the toilet water from the basin splash on you.
