Hey I'm new here. I am a seasoned woman and I have been doing most of these tips. I'm a big water drinker, don't drink soda or eat a lot of sugar. Surger is a big reason our ph gets out of wack. Also pee and wash after sex I believe this has helped me not have sti's , yeast etc. for my big breasted ladies, putting deodorant with anti perspirant under the breast it helps stop sweating and oder. Next, NEVER DOUCH! NEVER PUT ANY WATER INSIDE YOUR PURSE IT DOESN'T LIKE IT. The outside is fine but not inside it can lead to imbalances and infections.

I think it comes from oral... saliva isn't meant to touch the genitals. There is so much bacteria in the human mouth and most mouths are very acidic, that bacteria transferred to the vagina completely messes up the pH and causes a bacterial infection. That's my theory.

Under arms: rub lemon under your armpits during your night care works.

Deodorants- as a mother of 2 teens I can attest to underarm and foot odor. Hubby said I needed to tell them my grandmothers remedy ASAP.
I have them shave their under arms and crotch area, burn 🔥 cotton balls and rub the burned cotton under their arms, etc…Then the next night do baking soda under the arms, etc…when bathing. We do both these treatments anywhere we have odor. Then during the day we use a natural deoderant like Native or Hello on the crotch area as well and no more smelly kids thank God. We find that the treatments last 1-2 weeks depending on the person’s body chemistry

For me the best thing to get rid of yeast infection has been inserting plain greek yogurt no sugar. I wqs diagnosed with chronic yeast back when inhad chemo. My body went nuts. They gave me Diflucan back to back for 3 months and it didnt go away. I was in pain. Intried garlic, vinegar spray i mean everything. I ate yogurt 3 times a day and took probiotics and went on a candida diet. Nothing worked. I saw an Indian lady online talk about putting yogurt on a pad. I tried it and it was like instant relief. After that i put it directly up there. In less than a week i was well. All the redness and swelling, itching, burning and pain was gone. The doctor pretty much told me there was nothing they could do for me and id have to learn to live with it. When the torture ended i cried. For me yogurt works even better than the suppositories. I always keep some in the fridge just for that. Every month when my period is about to come i feel an infection coming and i just put some up there over night. It stops by morning.

As someone who showers at least twice a day. that's just me my mother was "oh she got milk on her wipe it off" and now I'm 47 and I bathe at least twice a day at least. If you're able to get a shower head that has different options. Turn to stream and rinse it out. A lot of funk is just up there hanging around. if you can rinse yourself out. even if it's with a cup and pour the water in that will help you as well. Try to air dry air drying is the best drying. Also, I can't shave it irritates my skin but my husband did find me a pair of clippers made just for women. I think it's called manspot and I have not had a razor bump yet. I use it most areas where I have hair except for my legs. I use a razor that is not a razor it's hard to explain you just rub it across your legs and it takes off the hair I've got to find the name of it I think every woman should have one. Also, if you take a quick sit bath in peroxide and witch hazel before you're getting in the shower if you're on your cycle and you still have your cycle it will help so much. I do agree with the chafing sticks if you have thick thighs that save lives so many companies make these chafing sticks that you can just rub in between your thighs I also like to use the vagisil odor blocker dry wash on my thighs. Barely any scent but it's just a dry spray that helps soak up any type of moisture that may happen in that area. Teach your young girls early to start wearing panty liners some of us just have a moist vagina and it's nothing to being embarrassed about but having dirty panties is so teach your girls to want to wear a panty liner early My millennium sisters oh my God now they finally want them wear a freaking panty liner at 35 and 37. Ladies if you do have an accident because you're not wearing your panty liner throw the panties away. Don't try to wash them cuz you will never throw them away and they will end up on the floor of someone's home my sister's story😮❤ and I totally agree about the baby wipes I have a small backpack that I just keep in my trunk that has a pair of panties a pair of pant assured a sports bra deodorant soap and I know you're like what did you need all that for. I swear I have helped at events, before the party starts. I'm back sweaty again. Tthat bag is coming and so handy. Try to keep panty liners, tampons and pads in your glove box in your purse somewhere in your car. you need a hideaway spot for just in case.

Lemon juice is my favorite hygiene hack, I use it just like any other full body deodorant. After my main wash, I spray or wipe fresh squeezed juice - not concentrate - in my pits, groin, decollatage, etc. I let it sit for at least a minute, rub it into my skin, then rinse with cool water. In humid areas my sweat is all lemony and my clothes aren't covered in hard working deodorant residue, though it can cause lightening of dark fabrics if not washed immediately.
I don't have to use it everyday as it works suppressing bacteria that causes odor, but it is drying so 2-3 times a week to sensitive areas, with a bed time dose of coconut oil to restore some moisture.

No matter how old or new a home is, wipes are not flushable. It will cause trouble some where down the drain line. Even if its not at your house directly, when you see those city trucks doing work for a few hours and then you don't see it again, sometimes it's for drain lines.

First, seek help, go to the dermatologist, they'll typically prescribe drysol (this irritates my skin, dont really use it) and clindamycin topical solution. Basically you are treating your skin for the bacteria that enjoy sweat and to keep you dry. Then switch to an antibacterial soap,I go between dove && dial the gold bar. Then use the Mega Babe detox charcoal bar daily (space bar), I swear this helps keep you dry, and your deoderant lasts longer! Then i use certain dri daily deo AM && lume(tube) together. Last year my mom’s OT recommended to me using coconut oil for reestablishing moisture due to the loss that comes with peri and menopause. It was a game changer! And bonus it’s natural and naturally anti microbial so you can use it all up in there. I was also suffering from a hemorrhoid and it helped so much with it too. If you’re going to use coconut oil a very little bit, like pinky nail size, goes a long way and definitely wear panty liners when using.

Washing with Panoxyl (10% benzoyl peroxide wash) under the arms, under other folds, around the neck (helps if your or your man’s gym clothes, sleepwear, or t-shirts get that baby neck stench), helps a lot too. If a man comes across this type of video my hopes would be that he would see it and forward it to his wife or girl and simply state “babe maybe you should/could check this video & see what she has to offer!” I know I see videos all the time that my guy or my daughter might be interested in, I never really watch them pass like a few minutes in the beginning, if at all, but will forward it to them and say hey, this might be interesting to you or you might like this or this sounds like something you’ve been looking for. I had bad underarm odor. From a different video I was given apple cider vinegar with the mother. I have mine in a small spray bottle and use when I need it. In the beginning I used everyday for a week. You can add water if it's too strong. But when I say it work!! It works!!! It does make your armpits dry. Sometimes I use deodorant and sometimes I don't 🤭 Hope this helps!

Persimmon bar soap from Japan and Super deoderant from Canada completely changed everything for me! The persimmon soap is the missing link. It helps break down all body odor. Try it!
