i remember the whole battle that sora and riku had with xemnas looking back it almost makes me cry seeing how at long last they are reunited and they are going to fight till the end fighting together
You can't save after this because he's the final boss. The final save point in the game is on the Altar of Naught. Plus, when you approach the door to Kingdom Hearts, it asks you if you are really sure if you want to do this. That means that there's no turning back.
I'm back here watching this battle because I remember this boss being the hardest of all bosses in the Kingdom Hearts game for me to beat. It's much easier for me to sit and watch from the sidelines than to play this game again and go through this. I can say this unchained my memory of this game.

Best video game fight scene in history. It's simply perfect. Everything that lead up to it was chefs kiss execution. Square Enix KH team was very creative back then and loved their craft.

You need to get the recipe for it in Twlight Town, you go to the pods where Donald and Goofy were sleeping in, then turn around and you see a treasure chest, open it and you get the recipe. After go to a Moogle Shop, go down to synthesize, go to recipes go to Ultima Wepon, and get all the materials needed to make it.
6:40 - 7:19 is the most painful part to perfect but its so worth it to see sora abd riku reflecting like that i think they should replace reflect spells with that lol just the spinning keyblade
@Amagekyo well i would like to have them be on different missions and u would play as one for one mission and sora for the other lol its hard to explain but id like to just be able to play as riku atleast once. who knows lol we will have to wait and see wat happens XD
@Amagekyo actually they will be the same age. i played every single kh game even re coded and when sora gets that letter at the end of kh 2 they imidiately set off to go. cuz at the end of re coded sora and riku decide to go and help again. and the secret cutscene of re coded mr yen (the wizard) says to mickey that they will hold a master class (or sumthin like dat) to make riku and sora become official keyblade masters lol
@pierson10 your right but its Xehanort and when terra opened his heart to darkness xehanort was able to get inside but quickly turned into a heartless then that heartless inhabited riku and in hollowbastion he tore free making riku disappear ( that normally happens when u turn into a heartless) but then later on riku was found in the realm of darkness but get this thats his nobody so techniquely speaking riku is his own nobody holding the terra-nort heartless inside and concering it but xemnes
@rukibencels its a skill where if you are cought in a combo, and your health goes to zero during that combo, he won't die, but if he gets hit after the combo, he will die.
i used the same stratagy when saving sora but the battle was easy once i had saw what xemnas was doing. i had beaten him with the oblivion keyblade but for most of the fight i was avoiding a lot of his thorn and lazer moves. the easiest part was when u had to deflect the lazers but my fingers got worn out and i had to use my bad hand to do it. anyway great idea doing the limit command i never thought of that. but you did a great job for a long and tedious battle. 5/5
(to "perfectgenius23"'s description) - xemnas created a realm pulling you and riku into it. he's dressed in his zebra coat to represent that light and dark go on forever, and there is no scene missing, just play the boss, a hundred times, and it all makes sense lol
I'm confused at one point in the fight, when Sora is captured, what is Riku doiing? He like jumps back then stares. Is he thinking whther he should save Sora or not or is he just getting ready to attack? cause I know earlier Xemnas was like "Sora, cna you really trust Riku?" as Armored Xemnas.

I've noticed plenty of Kingdom Hearts videos where Sora takes a lot (and I mean A LOT) of damage and doesn't die even though he only had 1 HP when the attack hit. Is it some kind of hack/cheat or an ability that I NEED to equip.
I don't know if anyone else figured this out to fight Sephiroth. Have that midair recovery and counter skill ready; I believe it's assigned to the square button normally. You also need berserk rage, or whatever that skill is that allows you to have infinite combos when your mana is in cooldown. Use up all your mana and let Sephiroth knock you into the air. Wait until he appears, and mash square the instant he does. You should catch him in an infinite combo which even finishes him off.

Sora and Riku pull off many badass moves when fighting Xemnas. That's one of the things I enjoyed of KH II.
When I first saw the room full of lasers all I could think was: "You've got to be frickin' kidding me..."
Riku: Is that all you got? Sora: That's it.
The reaction command where Riku saves Sora is the most badass thing in the game, along with the command where Riku cuts that building into pieces.
The description is freaking hilarious considering that xemnas is back now.
