Great video, and I love your enthusiasm and great attitude! I was curious about your thoughts on doubling the lead vocal. Is this something you do often? And how do you mix in that double to add excitement and thickness, without getting mushy or losing the impact of the main vocal? This would make a cool video too…lead vocal doubling techniques for pop punk! Thanks again, great stuff! P.S. I love the pink pickguard and sound panels!
Thanks homie! I usually do have doubles, especially for choruses. Either two doubles and pan them hard left and hard right OR one double and throw a stereo delay on it (left side set to 0ms and right side set to 30-35ms). Editing double vocals to match the main vocal is also a must! Otherwise yes things will get cluttered. Thanks for watching!
