    Question - You said we can have Tea or Coffee during the feasting 8 hr. window. Can we add sugar to it like we normally do? Or should I replace it with Jaggery?

      Simple Favour See although we can have regular tea/coffee in the 8 hour eating window we have to take care that whatever we eat we are on calorie deficit
      Which means don’t eat more that what you can burn off
      So I suggest you use jaggery only 👍🏼

    How do you count the calories intake?..Say for example if required calorie is 1500 in a day, counting should be on raw or boiled basis..when we say 100gram rice, is it raw or boiled?
