Unfortunately no. There has been a bunch of people confusing the rendering with the console output resolution. The PS5 and Series X output at 4K so depending on your TV and it's info display it will tell you that your screen is displaying at 3840 x 2160 (4K) and people instantly think oh 4K but sure the TV is displaying at that resolution but the game is rendering at 1440p 60FPS. I am really hoping there is going to be an update for Infinite though because the 1st 2 games are indeed said to be rendering at 4K 60FPS (on Series X i know for sure, PS5 i am not 100% but i would expect so) and neither consoles seem to have HDR/Dolby Vision. Sure you can force HDR on PS5/Series X and same with Dolby Vision on Series X but the game has not been updated by 2K to play natively in HDR. Not all games look good with forced HDR where blacks can become too black and you can't see items on the screen that you should. This happened to me in Beyond: Two Souls. I forgot i had HDR forced and was trying to maneuver around a dark room and truly had no idea where i was and what was on screen. Once i remembered forced HDR and turned it off, a whole screen of objects appear and i can see where the hell i am supposed to be going lol. I really want to play the collection again but since rumors of updates in March this year i keep holding off because if they add 120FPS/VRR & HDR/DV support to all 3 games that would be awesome!!!! I played the first game on PS4 not too long ago so i think what i will do is go play Bioshock 2 to see if it is indeed 4k 60FPS on PS5 and then if they do bring out updates for all the support i mentioned above, especially 120FPS with VRR and Dolby Vision on XBOX i might buy that version to add to my PS collection so i have the option of what i play on because they could also add support to the Dual Sense controller and i own the PS collection already. The 2 things that affect my choosing with 3rd party game is that the PS5 controller could have awesome support but then the Series X has Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. It has DTS-X also but for some reason LG stopped supporting it after their 2019 OLED models :( . Anyway let's hope we do get some news of updates soon that are not rumors.
