Hello Raghu Yes you can change roles internally but as per the policies you need to be on the same role for at least 1year after that you can switch the role.

From your prospective you can answer to log a case with Salesforce. Internally Salesforce technical support Engineer check the internal logs and give you the RCA or fix for that.

Yes they will definitely consider you if you have good Salesforce experience. It totally depends upon your resume and the project that you have defined over there. If initially your communication is not good in an interview they can reject you tbh but they are more focused on technical knowledge. If you have moderate communication will also work as you work over here by the time communication will improve.
