So, we now have more than 600 members in our family on youtube. On this occasion, I hereby bring to you a list of all the perks that we (Trailblazers) get here in India. Does salesforce hire for Data Analyst freshers?? If yes...what is the salary range?
Does salesforce provide stocks to support engineer and how competitive environment it will be to work around in salesforce. Leaves for support engineer are available I heard national holidays were not given to employees.
RSUs are not granted to support and GDC engineers. But they can always invest via espp. If leaves are not provided on public holidays, i think they are given compensatory off and allowance too so engineers themselves choose that option😅

want to ask about support engineer role like lets say someone joins as support engineer so can that person go from support to a technical consultant role and how is the process please answer
@Mittal.. yes they can switch internally but have to go through the interview process! Also.. i guess they need to wait for a year before internal transfer can happen
Yeah obviously interview will ne there bur a process is there that's a good thing
One more thing how difficult is that because if ur being hires for support I'm sure managers won't be letting you go that easily
@Mittal.. managers are supportive in Salesforce! I guess it shouldnt be much of an issue to them

@@harshithaj9171 if you’re getting competent offers for development somewhere.. they could he better. Learning wise support should offer a lot but you might have to work in shifts and no dev work would be there.. as far as i know. Its upto you to decide.
