Sir we kept the box lid over the box and when we kept the box in the microwave after few minutes the water came out from box and there was water all over the turn table

U have mentioned that power should be set to 100. Do we have to reduce it to 100 or does it mean the maximum power shown on pressing micro button I. E. 900. I understand that it means we have to cook it at 900 power which is 100 per cent. Pls advise
