Fallout:New Vegas is one on the few games that its DLC are actually interesting and rewarding to the player, both story and gameplay-wise. The game is a masterpiece and damn shame that most of its contents were cut from the game due to buggy as hell Gamebryo engine and lack of proper time to make the damn game. One of the best games ever made

It's the developers job to optimize games for the console(s) they port them to. The PS3 is powerful enough until you get further into the game. The PS3 doesn't have enough RAM for the game and starts to lag after you have collected tons of items and have modified them. The game tries to remember every container you have ever opened and how they have been modified. The processor is sufficient enough.
I talk to this guy all the time. lol.

I downloaded lonesome road for my Xbox but for some reason it will only let me play regular fallout nv

So when are these guys going to fix this game? It's annoying that I have to save, quit, reload every time it starts lagging. It happens quite often and when it does I get like 1 frame per second, maybe even less. I bought the Ultimate Edition for the PS3 hoping that by now they probably fixed most of the bugs. Unfortunately it's way more buggier than the first time I played it. It was never this bad before. It must be the DLC making additional problems.
I hope they do what treyarch did and lie about lonesome road being the last dlc and make another one that extends the game. U hear that bethesda make another dlc and make it good!

its notoriously buggy on ps3, id just play it on a different system if you have the option. pc is by far the best thing to play it on.
Nah. They develop/produce the most engrossing single player, open-world RPGs around. Sure they are not the most stable titles, but that's only a minor inconvenience for the wider gaming audience.

If you bought any Bethesda published/developed game for a PS3 and are suffering game breaking issues, it's your own fault. You should have never bought a PS3 in the first place.

why....do you care so much? if you dont like xbox then dont play it plain and simple. why waste your life trolling about which system is better? besides, yeah ps3 hardware is better.....but for most of the systems lifespan there were far fewer games to play on it anybody gave a shit about. its not as simple as x system has better graphics than y system, its ultimately the games that matter. oh and psn is total garbage as well so.....
