I like the idea of you just sharing everything you are trying/ experimenting with etc. I find that if I'm not precious about what I make and just share everything, then I find it really takes the pressure off. Good or bad, I'll share it anyway. Once something is done, that's it, onto the next thing. I do find it helps to not get too stuck in my head about things and to just keep moving onwards. I think it also encourages others to see that we are all learning and growing. Rather than the false idea that just showing finished work gives. Oh, and I hope your back is doing better.
Thanks for the feedback, I also find it helpful to see other artists posting their ‘imperfect’ work. Now I have a new found respect for them because it feels very vulnerable to do!

Simplifying an image and making the tone and shape of brush strokes tell a story that’s way beyond the sum of their parts is a gift you already have. You don’t paint objects or people, you paint their beauty.
