Yes, I create OOAK Barbie doll houses. My latest is the outside is Doug Aitken "mirror house" and my inside is "Steampunk Alice In Wonderland". My hudband makes Nixie clocks and everytime I steam punk the box it sells. I also use stuff around the house and when My husband takes some electronic thing apart he ssaves me the insides. I've had a couple people requesting me to steampunk their box. It is so much fun. I wish I could show you. I do have some gears etc but most of it is junk I use creatively. I did get some creative ideas from you.

I think farmhouse, neutral and rustic are somewhat overdone in the crafting community. It's so good to see someone change it up and steampunk is super fun!

I know this sounds crazy but I always forget about stem punk style. It’s never my first thought when planning out a project, but I absolutely love it. The box feet were perfect. It just took a whole different look once you painted it black and accented with the gold. Awesome!!
I forget as well, that’s why it took me so long to do this lol. Once I saw the box I knew I had to try this style. I love that no matter what items you add, it turns out so cool. Thankyou my friend ❤️❤️

You can use a spray varnish, It would seal it and make it shiney :)
