My area have so many open houses. One of my neighbor has put his house on the market last week. Hasn't sold yet. I feel that 2019 is when you'll start to see signs of slow down in real estate. Too much inventory.

Why are rising prices good? Explain that! I have five kids. Why would I want real estate to go up so my 5 kids have to pay more. Cheap homes are good equals more disposable income to spend at businesses
