The 99% fail achievement was/(is?) only possible to be obtained through doing it on an official level. In 1.8, the only official level where that was possible to do was Electrodynamix. Also, the method how percentages are calculated in the game has definitely changed after that. During pre 2.0, dying at 99% was extremely uncommon. In 1.8 there really were no XL levels either.
The 1.0 slab/half block is still available, you just have to select it and add it into your custom obejects lists It will be placed on the middle of the grid though Use snap-to-grid to fix this, it will put the block onto the top half of the grid.

if you copy the old color trigger, you can use the "tint ground". ive used it, and what it does is change the ground to a darker version of the background

Btw the area tint was removed because now we can just make the ground copy colour of the background and it basically did just that🤓

at 4:30 Waboo said the half block got deleted, well im pretty sure it got deleted bc that's when scaling came out so there was no need since you could just use the scale to cut the block in half
5:00 I colored the slab normally in 2.1, placed it in my custom objects, and when 2.2 dropped it only had one color instead of 2 (Normally it's Base and Detail, but I only had Base(white))
Fun fact: I use that half slab block that got deleted. I copied the slab and made it a custom object because I like it so much.
