    Wow another fantastic amazing super great video info and analysis from absolutely the best channel on TH-cam. The big cat Ernie Ladd was the best in and out of the ring. Bob backland could never do a promo ever we was horrible. They never should have taken the belt off the superstar Billy gram. Thank you and keep up the outstanding videos

    Ernie the "Big Cat Ladd" Walks and talks and and does exactly what he pleases. Baltimore was a hot bed of wrestling at one time.

    I know when the cameras went off they all had a good laugh....at Backlund. No comparison between Ernie Ladd and Backlund. But I did like Mr. Backlund.

      Andre was 7ft minimum, and Ernie Ladd himself said he was 6'9", and was listed in the NFL as 6'9".

    Ernie Ladd! Wow! That's the way you cut a promo! Great stuff.
    Andre did a surprisingly good job on this particular promo, but Backlund, goodness he was a terrible promo. Howdie Doody gave a better promo without the hand in his backside. Should have kept the Superstar or even Howdy Doody as champ.

      Superstar Billy Graham should have turned face (the fans wanted to cheer him) and they could have gotten 3 more years minimum out of it. Hogan before Hogan. Superstar was the prototype.

      @@RobertGundlachMusic he destroyed every single one of his competitors. He took all of the believability completely out of it. It is not something you could be a fan of as an adult knowing that is was cartoonized. The NWA was more adult oriented, they realized they wanted you as a fan for life, not just childhood, their story lines and their actions tried to make you think it was real and believable. That is gone now and will never return. Those horrible offensive skits they did and the kiss my ass club made wrestling a joke and i will always see it that way, I'm sorry.
