What is the minimum size of inflatable boat for 2 people to fish without hooking each other ? Thank you in advance and what a great video you made! Boris
Hi, Thank you for your comment! I would recommend a 3meter minimum for 2 people fishing with an aluminium floor, thats what we started with and it was very doable! Minimum 3meter, 3.2 is good, 3.5 is very good and 4m is loads! My Boat is 3.5, I have a comparison video up on some inflatable boats worth checking out 👍 any other questions feel free to ask. Thanks!
@@tonyallen1953 The Bison sibs look like they're based on the Honwaves with similar shape, however the Keel doesn't look to sit as deep which means it won't handle at sea as well. However I'd imagine it's still very good! In rivers lakes etc it would be 100%
Great video that bud, can’t beat the honwave sibs, I have the T40 and the T38 love them both They do handle very differently though Thanks for sharing 👍🎣
Thanks mate, thanks for the comment. Yes I've tried a few different sibs and Honwave definitely seem to be the best on the water for all round performance! The T40 is a beast 💪 👌 T38 great for a watersports kind of day 😄 What motor are you running on them?
Hi, Yes we've been out 😄 I took out a Friend one day and the following week out with the Missus for a short trip! I was back out myself Sunday morning 8am, it was like a mill pond! Surprisingly no other boats out until In headed back around 11.30ish. Plenty of pollock around, currently editing a catch and cook from that day 📸🎣🍽☺ You catching anything good?
@@K0K4NE Ah yes I've done that a few times before works well. Do you ever fish for the bull huss and tope etc out around hunters/maiden's? I havnt but I'd like to find them..

I run a 2 stroke 15hp mariner and take out a 3.3 2 stroke mercury auxiliary as I go out mostly on my own 👍
I think I've seen you both out at the Maidens this past two Sundays, but you had 2 in each boat.

You catching anything good?
Yeah we caught some good Pollock, a big wrasse and one whiting.
It was a nice calm day on the Saturday when we saw you and the other rib.
@@K0K4NE We havnt caught much Wrasse out there at all but I think our lures are too big so mostly pollock. What you using for bait?
Weighted sandeel lures.
The wrasse was caught on a jig attached to a trace of feathers

do you take off the engine when you're towing
I do Patrick, merely because I don't trust my current trailer. I'll be upgrading that later this year all being well.
