Challenge
The brief for Diff.studio was to design a living space for a large family. The following basic requirements were important for the owners: the master bedroom should be spacious, with airy wardrobe and a bathroom for the convenience of the owners; each of the three children should be provided with private rooms appropriate to their age and interests; it is necessary to create a playful common space that can be combined with the main living room so that the family can comfortably spend time together. In general, when designing the interior, pay attention to functionality, convenience and style in order to create a harmonious and cozy living space for all family members.
Layout
The layout of the apartment includes a fairly spacious area of 350 sq. m. The entrance hallway leads into the open space of the living room, dining room and kitchen, which together occupy a whopping 180 sq. m. The apartment also has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, as well as a laundry room and a separate room for wine storage. This apartment is ideal for a large family or for those who love space and comfort in their home.
Concept
The apartment is located at a busy intersection, its windows overlook two crossing streets which creates an interesting area for design. This allowed the studio's architects to placing the living, dining and kitchen areas in a prime central location with stunning views of the city. With this arrangement, the rooms are connected to each other by spacious portals letting air and sunlight inside.
The apartment is decorated in a modern and luxurious style using furniture from premium brands Fendi and Minotti. You can find exquisite and high-quality interior items in each room that add chic and comfort. In addition, you can enjoy music through the famous audio equipment from Bang & Olufsen, which creates an atmosphere of complete comfort and relaxation.
The kitchen set and island were produced according to studio drawings and made of natural wood veneer and marble. There is everything for convenient cooking - two sinks, gas and induction hobs, as well as the most modern Gaggenau kitchen appliances. The composition is completed with accent lights above the island from Cameron design house.
The master block with an open dressing room and a large white bathroom using Italian Graff and Axor sanitary ware deserves special attention. This unit creates a feeling of comfort and luxury, adding sophistication to the interior of the room.
It is worth noting that the floors are finished with selected parquet boards and natural marble. The contrasting geometric stone pattern in the entrance hallway, built according to our sketches, together with the Delightfull tubular sconces, gives it a solemn and majestic look.
This interior design shows that each room combines practicality and style to reflect the needs and preferences of the occupants.
