Hi there! I've been binge watching your videos! I am a Mom of a 15 yr old girl, a wife, a trained chef, and a certified nutritionist. I am in a serious health crisis, so I haven't had a paying job in a long time. But I work hard at loving people & feeding everyone I can! This inflation is insane. I'm almost 48, and I don't remember ever being worried like this before, and your videos are just such a happy place to be & watch! We desperately need that on these platforms! I think you are about as sweet & beautiful as a person comes, and I love watching your family enjoy each other! You are people I'd love to know, and your community reminds me of mine. I'm in a small town in Oklahoma. I had just finished watching your Blessings Boxes video, and it was amazing! So thankful to you all & to the people that donated! We have a bunch of Blessing Boxes in our small town, and our local farmers & neighbors do their best to fill them up. Almost everybody has gardens & chickens, so they either domate those things or donate food that can go with eggs & produce.
I have heard you say a few times that you get negative comments every so often, so I wanted you to know that I think you rock! You are a great teacher of life to your family, and to us! Anyone that feels negative is doing it from boredom because there isn't a thing you're doing that isn't awedome! You have affordable, delicious, easy recipes. You are honest, loving, and giving! Even as a nutritionist with a lot of diet guidelines I have to deal with, I can take your recipe & make it my own. So many fantastic ideas that you're giving us, but what I really cherish is the realness & love that I see! ❤ So thank you, dearly! ❤

My late husband and I took our sons camping. I miss those years so much. My sons are both in their 20's now and will tell you some of the greatest memories they have and keep dear to their hearts were when we went camping as a family. Enjoy your blessings!
My late hubby and I loved camping with our three boys.....but we primitive camped. Cooked over the fire. Slept in tents. My babies are now in their 40s and I dearly miss those days. 😢❤

Girl…I made your strange camping bbq chicken tonight. I cut a huge chicken breast into four pieces and mixed the cream of mushroom and bbq sauce and baked in the oven. It was delicious! I served it on a buttered baked potato with a Caesar salad. Yum!!! Thank you! Wouldn’t have dreamed of that concoction. My husband asked me what I was making and my immediate thought was…some recipe my friend Brooke made. Haha! I think we all forget that you don’t know us like we know you. That’s okay though. Keep being real! You’re beautiful in a tshirt and bare feet just like the rest of us are!

Give Momma a break....one night the guys should cook and let Momma sit back. Also, have each son help you with a meal. great for bonding and learning how to cook on the campfire. Girl Scout Momma here, our girls cooked, cleaned and tended the fire. P.S. Your boys are so precious!
This go round their goal was to catch enough catfish for dinner. They tried so hard, but couldn’t find a good catfish hole. They were on the water a lot of the time I was cooking. I also find cooking over the fire to be so fun. I love it lol

We camped a lot when our children were home. They are grown with families of their own, and 4 of the 5 carry it on with their families. Great family time and memories. 😊

We've never tried the strawberries n fluff. It looks amazing! We take sugar or waffle cones and fill them with chocolate, fruit, mini marshmallows, brownies, and wrap in foil until ooey gooey. 😋 ❤️ camp recipes👍

Cycling does keep you young! I ride 75 miles a week. My kids ride with me often. I pull my youngest, and my 10 yo can ride up to 25 miles a day:). We do it as a family as a way to stay present, and off our phones. Best thing we ever did as a family.

Wonderful leaf collection. My dad helped me put them in sticky laminate and type their names below. I had them for years and ended up using them for a science project in high school biology.

When I was growing up ,when I was a girl scout, we used to make banana boats with mini marshmallows and little bits of Hersheys chocolate.

We used to lay leaves between wax paper, cover with a towel (not one of mom's favorites), use an iron, and gently seal them together.😊

I have to say that this is my favorite video. I loved watching you and the family having so much fun . And I loved your creativity on your camping meals . Everything looked so delicious.
I love cooking eggs in the waffle maker. If you have bulk sausage, you can make waffle shaped breakfast sandwiches and everything is the same size. Super fun! Easier with a bigger waffle maker. Could even make hashbrown waffles foe the "bread" of the sandwich instead of waffle.

Cool trick after making the waffles throw them in the toaster to get that crispy and soft waffles taste
We collect all the little Dash brand mini cookers (waffle maker, mini grill press, etc) and take them on hotel vacations, too. Made breakfast and snacks on a Disney vacation SO easy! A little "Just add water" batter mix, bread, butter, ham & cheese made our food budget stretch further- not having to buy breakfast and before bed snacks, and took minimal space in our bags (and mini fridge once we got there).
You're not old! Im 60 and play pickleball, kickball, and softball with my grands.😊

Greeting from Tennessee!! Our camper is at a campsite at least 4 nites a month from March until right before the first frost. There's nothing as peaceful and serene as sitting by a fire listening to nature. If you haven't tried it yet get you some pineapple rings fill the center with butter and brown sugar wrap in foil and grill them over the fire then Put you a scoop of ice cream on top before eating. 😋Mmmm makes your tongue wanna slap your brain. It's delicious!! Love your videos👍🏼💕

I loved it when we would go on the Cherokee reservation, with our daughters and their friends...NOW OWN DAUGHTERS AND FRIENDS GO CAMPING WITH THEIR FAMILY. FOOD ALWAYS TASTE BETTER ON A CAMPING TRIPS. ❤❤❤❤❤

Ever made pudgie pies with a pudgie pie maker iron over a camp fire? We did it all the time when we camped. Just need a can of everyone's favorite pie filling and bread. Lay one slice of bread on one side of the pudgie pie maker iron. Open up your can of pie filling. Put how much filling on the bread that you want. Lay a second slice of bread over the pie filling making it like a sandwich. Close your pudgie pie maker iron. Start cooking it over the fire. Will have to flip the pudgie pie maker iron so that both sides get cooked.
Loved all our camping trips. Have to tell kids about strawberry over fire. On chicken over fire. I say it look delicious. I was thinking pineapple would be good on it. Just setting by the lake sounds nice. Looked like y'all had fun.
I think it’s brilliant to ask them if they had a low and what it was. At first I was like “how can any part of a camping trip be bad” and then hearing Ky say his and your reaction to it, I’m like “ohhhhh I get it, that’s genius”
