FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER 1½TBSP

FINELY CHOPPED CAPSICUM (RED, GREEN, YELLOW) - 1 CUP
GREEN PEAS ½ CUP
CHOPPED TOMATOES- 1 1/2 BIG
BOIL POTATOES-1 C
CHAT MASALA-1 1/2 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER-1/2 TBSP
PROCESSED CHEESE
MOZZARELLA CHEESE-
SALT
TURMERIC-1/4 TSP
PAV_6
CHOPPED GARLIC -1 TBSP
PAV BHAJI MASALA 1 TSP + 2TSP
CHOPPED CORIANDER-2 TBSP
OIL-1 TO 2 TBSP
CHOPPED GINGER- 1 TBSP + 1/2 TBSP
GREEN CHILLIES PASTE
LEMON JUICE-1 TSP
• TAKE A PAN ADD OIL AND GHEE, ADD WHOLE SPICES
• ADD AJWAIN AND CUMIN SEEDS
• ADD WHOLE SPICES, ADD CHOPPED ONION AND SAUTE IT
• ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE
• ADD CHOPPED CAPSICUM AND SAUTE IT
• ADD PEAS, CHOPPED CHILLIES
• ADD TOMATO PUREE AND COOK IT NICELY
• ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES AND SAUTE IT
• ADD ALL MASALA S
