The price can basically buy you a citizenship, and a small house in 1st world country.
But you don't get the salaries and comforts in 1st world country like the way you get in Bangalore.
It's funny people call an apartment "luxury" - how can an apartment be a 'luxury apartment' - sharing swimming pool, gym, corridor, lift is not luxury - these apartments look like matchboxes - Bengaluru is a place that has poor urban infrastructure and on top of that imagine living in a crammed space
What about 5 star hotels? Will you say that owning a complete hotel with none allowed to use only makes that a luxury hotel?
@@Arulrajprince Luxury residential apartments certainly cannot be compared to luxury hotels. They serve different purposes & for both luxury is defined differently .
70's 80's generation talking about luxury living
The whole has moved to apartment and call it luxury
You dropped your brain during delivery
Or you were not given @@Arulrajprince
I wonder why cities such as Bangalore and Hyderabad have to build such matchboxes when there’s so much land available for expansion. Also, the prices are insane to say the least. One day of heavy rain will expose the infrastructure.
ghost tower
Interior design is just as important as the view, and the work inside the presidential tower looks divine. I can't wait for it to be completed 🔥
So much emphasis on metro, people living as rent or owner will never be using metro for sure
Whatever luxury. You don't have a terrace of your own. 😂 You can never have that cigarette on terrace or a booze party. You will not own piece of land. Mall like parking, and on top of that maintenance every month even if you buy property. I don't know why people buy apartments.
No, Thank you. For 2.75 crore to 3.7 crore - I get a 4 bhk villa wit my own swimming pool, my own lift, my own vegetable garden, my own BMW 7 series, my own yoga and meditation room and my own gym..
Hello there, we get your point. We are cognizant of the fact that every real estate product is priced based on the underline economic value of the land at the particular location which explains why same real estate products are priced differently in different locations.
Sir , in which area of the city u will purchase land .
Atleast for 1200sqft u need to spend 2cr in good locality
@@yourbff1484 Bengaluru is not the only place on the planet. I know someone who bought a 4200 sq.ft plot in Hiranandani, Chennai for 1 crore. I know many people who have shifted out of Bengaluru & Hyderabad because they have become extremely expensive.. Chennai is still reasonable, less pollution because it is not land locked like Bengaluru..
@user-jf4ck3fb1c as if B'luru doesn't get flooded 😆😆 - I live close to the beach ⛱️🏖️ - just walking distance. Happy to stay in a village with a beach - Chennai has a much better cost of living.. 🙂
@user-jf4ck3fb1c I dnt give a phuk abt that person's opinion - must be a katwa / mulla - even Dawood Ibrahim, Pappu Gandhi, Javed Miandad, Shahid Afridi speak negatively about India. They do it 24/7. That is how they get their bread and Butter - it doesn't mean they are correct 😆😆
❤ along with the apartment, i need that lady also forever ♾️.
Ok to pay 5 crores in total lifetime enjoying
Great city Bengaluru 😊
I visited this project About 10 Years Ago. Since Last 5 Years its almost standing like what it is today. This project has entered in 2nd Decades from the date of Launch / Ground breaking. I m not sure if it will complete in 2nd decade or not.
One must check the History before booking in this property, specially when started & when it will be completed & the current work in progress.
Nothing to see from top.
Its funny how these luxury properties are near metro stations but people living there would travel in their own vehicle.
What about maintenance??? I purchase based on service not on initial cost
That boxy nature is world class architecture 😂😂
Candure skyline 244 meters , sas crown 236 meters 🔥 hytec City, Hyderabad..

Nicely presented good one
Thank you, we are glad you like it. Though what will make us even more happier would be to be able to find your next home :D
Can anyone please share what can be the approximate monthly maintenance cost we need to pay in these type of apartments. Thanks
Hello Rajesh, typically maintenance cost for such luxury apartments can vary from INR 8-10 per sq.ft. However, once the Resident welfare association (RWA) takes over, the maintenance can vary based on the standard and facilities planned by RWA.
Doesn't look half luxuries as being claimed in the video! Rooms looks cramped and small.
worse
Such tall buildings are serious concern to crumbling roads and traffic • also they cause weaking of near by structures due to deep foundation•
What is this mental craze with tallest buildings?
In a city like Blore the biggest concern should be water in such tall towers . Next do the roads around it have the capacity to take in the number of cars that will come out of just this building alone ? Besides, in certain areas of Blore , electricity cuts happen quite happen. What provision does this Tower have for back up in such situations?
This project is nothing compared to The Ark in Pune. Just look at what has been created in The Ark.
twice the cost
I just looked at it. The building design is fabulous. But it's located distant from the city, while this apartment is right inside the city. Space constraint.
@@montyi8 that's true
More building, more traffic jams
Every major city in the world has downtown which consists of skyscrapers, but here we are people just complaining
@@surfingguru5360the infra and roads are also much better in those major cities of the world of which you are speaking …
