My remembrance of Rogue (through the XMen cartoons growing up) is that she was Mystique's "daughter" (figure) with The Brotherhood (the villainous mutants) but later switched over to the XMen (after she took Ms. Marvel's powers permanently by holding on to her for an extended period of time during a fight, putting Miss M.arvel into a coma

@@mazanreacts as a side note Rogue (the actress Anna Paquin) was one of the youngest actors to win an Oscar. She was 11 for 'The Piano'
