    Nice video. One thing I would suggest is to do a quick step by step review at the end of the video to reinforce the positive steps after covering the negatives. It helps one to remember what to do rather than what not to do.

    Good work. I'd like to see alternate modeling that reflects more accurately the realistic torso rotation of older students and adapt to it, rather than call it a flaw.

      Thanks for kind words and the feedback. For students with less body rotation we are more inclined to focus on blade angle rather than rotation. I would almost consider it more of a gliding draw style stroke though focusing on pulling the feet toward the blade rather than pulling the blade to the boat.
