@Morsure fatale hi, great question important to think about! I think the Bible teaches us to do ALL things for God. Some verses I would go 1 Cor 10:31 or Collosians 3:17 "And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him." (ESV) so I think the real question is What is your view of fitness? Do you believe it is a sin? If not, then it has to be for God!
I happened to run across this Zumba workout today. I enjoyed the Christian song selections too. Thank you for the variety of Zumba routines. God bless!
I use this as a coping skill for my bipolar. Actually, Jesus is the best prescription. (Not negating the importance of conventional ones - no shame in medicine =) ) THANK YOU!!!!! I'm working on my own channel because God gifted me with a soothing voice to read 2-3 NIV scriptures for falling asleep to, work breaks, memorization, etc. Reply to stay updated!

Actually, at Faithful Workouts we have something called PAZAZ that is our version of zumba. We use all Christian music and we do have some of our routines on DVD. Refit Revolution has lots of Christian music. I make playlists of them from youtube. Lots more variety than a DVD would have. Happy dancing!
