Once they found out the truth, then they went out of their way to apologize to the officers. I don't know what else they can do to express their regret for crying out loud, haha. I know officers don't have to explain their orders in time sensitive situations, but I think it can go a long way to at least try and deescalate a situation.

    I Respect the two guys for coming back and apologizing .
    There are a lot of men in prison over a lie that a female told so I can understand them being a little concerned over their friend being arrested, but they saw the proof and came back and apologized.

    Kudos to the victim for filing charges. So many times the victim feels guilty that the aggressor could possibly face jail time, when HE is the one that MADE THE DECSION TO COMMIT THE CROME AND HE SHOULD BE FACE THE PENALTY. Who knows how many times he has done this or worse in the past and has gotten away with it because the other victims were too afraid to file charges? Tremendous Kudos to the men for coming back to apologize to the police officers after seeing the video of what the man did to the woman. Just sucks that the guy got off on probation and a fine. I have a ton of respect for anyone that can admit to a mistake and give an honest apology, that takes a lot of courage.

She couldn't answer all his questions because she was still in shock. So happy there was video footage. The guy who had the video had the correct attitude.

      Some of you really are oblivious as to how the law works. Without evidence, it's a word against a word and at that point, there is no case and no charge. Until they have evidence, they have to be careful. Victim had a group of friends who backed her up, perv had a group of friends who backed him up to. Who do you believe without evidence huh? You already see a done scenario on TH-cam but I'd love to see you Sherlock dealing with this shit as it plays out without you knowing the outcome and no evidence at that particular time.

      I heard that in many states, typically only genital touching counts as sexual assault because breasts aren’t considered genitals (legally). I don’t necessarily agree with that, but it’s what I’ve been told before by a law student. Not 100% sure though.
