Some of you really are oblivious as to how the law works. Without evidence, it's a word against a word and at that point, there is no case and no charge. Until they have evidence, they have to be careful. Victim had a group of friends who backed her up, perv had a group of friends who backed him up to. Who do you believe without evidence huh? You already see a done scenario on TH-cam but I'd love to see you Sherlock dealing with this shit as it plays out without you knowing the outcome and no evidence at that particular time.
her attitude was not very affirmative and she acted kinda immature, and gave the impression to be drunk too. Cops deal with drunks all the time and certainly have their fare share of drunks. When her friend came and was very affirmative the cop understood it was real.
@@vaultboy1419 but why is it only ever in cases of SA that it becomes "he said/she said"? If it was regular physical assault, they'd be less likely to act like she's making a scene. Thank god for the great police officers.

Why in the hell was this just a battery charge instead of a sexual assault charge, when it was all caught on camera?
I heard that in many states, typically only genital touching counts as sexual assault because breasts aren’t considered genitals (legally). I don’t necessarily agree with that, but it’s what I’ve been told before by a law student. Not 100% sure though.
