assuming that a sonic adventure 3 game would be bad because of 06 isn't fair because 06 was bad because the team was working on 2 games at the same time and they had to rush the development to drop the game before the new year and there are some theories that the game we ended up having isn't the final game because the trailer version looked better and the final version was lost by mistake but that's just a theory
I'll just say, the only way we could get that is if we get like the Chaosx guy and a ton of other top Sonic Fg devs to come together an work on something like this cause we've seen people endlessly bring back Chao garden, We have seen many great Fan games come out I think it would be nice to officially have 1 that we could say is proudly made by the the fan base an community

Sonic 06 def is Adventure 3, i feel like Sega knew that game was buggy so they renamed it to Sonic the Hedgehog last minute or smth

@@Exzimius Unleashed feels more like SA 3 because in Japan it's called Sonic World Adventure.
@@orangeslash1667 That doesn't even make sense. Sonic 06 is much more like Adventure in terms of gameplay, there's nothing in unleashed that is remotely similar
@@Exzimius The story of Unleashed is pretty similar to SA 1. Dark Gaia is pretty much this game's Chaos, since Eggman was the one who awakened it.

we need an open world like SA1 but modernised, Sonics biggest problem is world building & Lore (meaning creating an open world map with iconic locations) and the central issue is Mobius (will they, wont they) .... im happy Sonic Heroes, Sonic Unleashed, Sonic 06 & Sonic Frontiers weren't called Sonic Adventure 3 because they're not it (they made the right call) ..... Sonic Adventure 3 needs to be Sonic's equivalent to Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi Sparking Zero
Just say that you want to keep blue balling the fan base with sprinkles of nostalgia in crappy new games it’s not that hard. The stars have been aligning since we’ve been asking.🤷🏻♂️
Just my opinion I love a Blaze Adventure game starting Blaze the Cat in her world. she needs her own game and for Sega to let her be her own character.
Over recent years I’ve seen a lot of Blaze hype. Might be time to explore that

@@KLOonair The real answer is the developers are unhappy making games unless they're making something different. For example the reason Sonic creator Yuji Naka left Sega, is because he doesn't want to make just Sonic. He misses the days where he made new Ips like Burning Rangers and Billy Hatcher, but Sega only cares for Sonic. So Naka was suffering from burn out.
While Takashi Iizuka is fine with making Sonic, he wants to introduce new elements to nearly every Sonic game to prevent burn out, like Naka. Even Miyamoto was allowed to make games outside of Mario.
There are other examples of talented staff leaving companies because they want to innovate rather than work on franchises, but the reply is long enough.

Fr tho dem Adventure games need remakes, if the Last of Us series gets remade every other week then the adventure games need at least one remake
I’d killllll for a remake of adventure 1 or 2. I feel like they could do that first to reintroduce that series to the public then expand from there
i feel like a remake of adventure wouldnt work out today (cause itd be very different and sonic fans would obviously get mad at it lmfao)
sonic frontiers open world style gameplay with a mixture of sa1s gameplay would work pretty well for sa3 in my opinion

We love Sonic heroes
...No? Sonic Heroes has a much different gameplay with a whole new team mechanic, removal of most abilities and different level design. It also has a whole lot simpler story, simpler soundtrack, different atmosphere and such. Not to mean Sonic Heroes is bad, but I don't see an Adventure 3 in there.
