Get a nitrous kit 6sigma 100$ Amazon or eBay i went to flat slide jfg racing 30 mm I think the power jet will mix well with the NOS im waiting for the intake manifold to arrive 🤞🤞🤞 i think I'm at 16 hp 200cc
The quest for more power The classes we have chosen to race in sadly don’t allow NoS n turbo etc but we are always looking for horses everywhere Good luck on your quest. How's the braap doing would love to see a PWK carb tune on the Dyno at wide open throttle and maybe a needle video on types of carb needles im running a 110 main jet with a 42 idle jet and a PWK30 carb I want a 32mm carb next I'm doing 80 mph on the straights but I know I'm running rich up top. I want to port my head any chance we can see a before and after on yours? Also if you lighten the stock cam by shaving material off the center .. and getting a lighter pinion and rear sprocket and running a smaller size chain take your sprockets to the lathe machine shop and have them make the teeth thinner then be able to run a skinny motorcycle chain and find some thin wire wheels . You could shave the piston skirt and add stronger clutch springs and use the stock exhaust just remove the baffles inside and tip silencer restrictor... I I know you can hit 100 mph
Your using the wrong oil..in the engine. To much friction ..! I ues a metal . Treatment... In the oil... I can send you sum free.. .. sample..? I put. It in a KMX 125 and it went from only 8,500.. rpm max standing.. to 12,000 + it sounded like a jet ...... ! In put in fuel as well..

Mx, Roadracing or will we see you on the salt? This Engine will happily pull double it’s designed rev limit and won us a 3rd place at Phillip Island. So much fun. Send me some oil for sure.
