Here's a 3lap shortcut TAS by me, ZumoDePapaya, Puddings, Squiddy and ALAKTORN :D
We started working on this as soon as Zumo managed to get the shortcut without using a mushroom, so we can finally use a more optimal kart for it than a 3 mushroom kart like the ROB-LGS or Streamliner used in last TAS by Puddings
We might start experimenting with ROB's standard kart still since the shortcut done without a mushroom is still 1 second slower than with and the standard kart while slower keeps up in pace much better than ROB-LGS would
Fun fact: ALAKTORN's contribution was finding an improvement for a single miniturbo that saved us .001 in the end for us :P - เกม

Nice job! Since the glitch is possible shroomless, could the shroom be used somewhere else and the glitch just be done shroomless all three laps, and then use the shroom somewhere else? Or is it fastest to just use the shroom for the glitch because there isn’t a better shroom-spot?
i dont think theres really any other good shroomspots around the track, given mushroom speed is essentially just being locked to the same speed we get from miniturbos already, the only spot could be the part where we are forced to hold right without any drift but even then i dont think it saves over 1 second like doing it in the shortcut does because the using the mushroom on the shortcut makes you carry a lot more speed and distance over the shortcut itself
Yeah the mt’s in this game can make shrooms irrelevant sometimes

Is this TAS only, or could it be done by a human?
shortcut itself is very much human viable with mushroom, the no mushroom cut remains done only in TAS so far though
How doable is this shortcut TAS-less?
with a mushroom very doable, have done it myself a few times, without a mushroom remains to be done in TAS only however
