      @@No_cap_yo it's kinda stupid and childish to cancel you're flight because what aircraft you're on, like the car ride there is safer. Yes, it's kinda reasnable that you have concerns about the max but still.

      @StraightothePointNews Hi there. I'm nervous sometimes flying as well, believe it or not. I guess one has to have faith that with all the attention these planes are getting, they will double-check everything, and the pilots will be on their A game:)

      Hi, and welcome to the channel! Alaska Aira New 737 fc cabin and seats nice. You could treat yourself to it or maybe upgrade your long haul seat for your Thailand trip or Phillipines to Premium economy instead? :) I've been to Thailand a couple of times, and it's awesome there. But it's a couple of long flights depending on where you're starting from. Check out a few of my flight videos to and from Thialand and in Thailand as well if interested. Anyone else feel like this shouldn't count as First Class? I guess he says it himself that the seat is really just like a premium economy seat on another plane. Thanks for reviewing everything. Personally, Alaska Airlines, all you other airlines, I know I speak for quite a lot of people when I say "I don't care about the box of water and all these little inexpensive goodies. We want a seat with space and the ability to actually recline fully." That is what's important about first class. Quit trying to fill up the lack of what's really important to people with other relatively insignificant crap. The only reason I want to see a review of a first class or business class seat on ANY plane is to find out if the seats recline and how much space you have.

    • @MilesMiser
      @MilesMiser  25 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Hi there. Makes sense to me. I mean all domestic U.S. first class airline seats are like long haul prem econ. I so much prefer long hual JAL, ANA, Qatar, Virgin Atlantic business and fc. But domestically this is what we have. Aside for the acasional route coast to coast where some airline have their lie flat long haul seats. But those are few and far between. Thanks for watching and commenting.

    Two questions, did you say that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, so you were limited to your own devices downloaded movies?
    Second question, the meals you had, were they pre-ordered through the app?

    • @MilesMiser
      @MilesMiser  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi and welcome to the channel! On this flight the wifi wasn't working, and we also weren't able to stream content to our devices. SO I was lucky I had pre-loaded something to watch on my iPad. There's no onboard IFE Screen/Seatback etc. Second: You can pre-order your meal through the app or online when logged into your account for your flight. That way at least you can guarantee they wont run out of a choice you might like onboard. Thanks for watching and commenting I appreciate it ;)

    Plan to fly 1st class soon for the very first time. Stupid question here, but are you allowed to keep the blanket after the flight is over?

    • @MilesMiser
      @MilesMiser  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi, and welcome to the channel! No, you can't keep the blanket :( And it's not a stupid question :) Some long haul flights overseas, etc. Will give you things like amenity kits and even pajamas! Those you can keep and use! But blankets normally are something they wash and reuse. Thanks for watching and commenting! Hope you have a good flight!

    If you flew first class, didn't you get access to Alaska Lounge at SFO T2?

    • @MilesMiser
      @MilesMiser  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi and welcome to the channel. Technically since our flight was over 2100 miles yes we could have gone to the lounge. But since our flight was departing at 7:40 am and boarding around 7:10 we had to be at the airport around 6 am clear security all that fun stuff. So we didn't feel like going in for 25 minutes. :( If the FC flight was less than 2100 miles we couldn't have gotten in anyways as we don't have AK or one world status anymore ;( But I would have liked to been able to check it out for sure.
