Good day, thank you for the videos and ideas. Can I kindly ask that you please do a videovon how to integrate Teepublic to my Mydesigns account. I can see a template on my account, but have no idea how to integrate. I also want to do designs on my design and publish to Teepublic.
Hi Matt, so I'm trying to upload t-shirts for the first time and following this video. It does not allow me to add a video collage following this, it's just the mockups. once I have created the mockups then I can puplis them to Etsy no problem but the the mockups don't appear in the file slots where you could previously use to generate the video. This has taken up so much time trying to publish t-shirts😩😌when it supposed to be really quick. Please help what am I doing wrong?
Hello Hud! It's hard for me to say exactly where you're going wrong without seeing first hand what you're doing. If you want to reach out to Matthew on the community he can setup a screenshare and assist you. Link: community.mydesigns.io/feed
I duplicated an image in mockup 1 from the first listing to all listings via Canvas.. When I look at Mockup 1 on all the other listings, it's black and linked to the Mockup 1 on the listing I created this in. Shouldn't I see the image in the other listings - instead of black square?
Hello Simply! If I understand what you're trying to achieve correctly, then yes. You shouldn't see a black square. It's possible that it was an issue on our end. You can also reach out to customer support to get some assistance.
In the older tutorials there is the the video mockup function. I am a new pro member and just realised I can't find it, when i tried to publish my first listings. Did you get rid of it?
Hello Michael! Our UI has been updated recently. You can create video mockups by clicking the "mockups" button, located on the actions menu right next to your image, and then "video mockups" You then select all of the mockups you want the video to use and click submit.

This is a great beginners guide, Matt. Nice work! 🙌

@@mydesignsio I found it. Thank you very much!
Did I miss where you mentioned the $15,125/month shown in the thumbnail? Who makes that? You? Or is that just clickbait?
