If I made designs out of my design program which pixel sizes do I need to use for different products in order to post them through Etsy how can I find the size chart for the products your selling on my design in order for me to make them in your product sizes

Not yet, but it makes a lot of sense to add a feature at the template level in which you could add your images. That way, they are automatically added to each listing in that collection when it's created.

LOVE IT! I do have a question....
I have "guarantee", and "about" image-board (graphic) that appear in ALL of my Etsy listings. Is there an automated way to include these in the listings without having to add one-by-one after publishing?

Yes, you can add them in MyDesigns ahead of time easily. On the listings page, click Upload then click the "Upload Files to Multiple Listings" option. You can drag n' drop your file, choose a file slot, and it will upload it to all selected listings.

I’m confused: if I am using My Designs and my POD print provider is Printful, why is My Designs taking money from the transaction when I have already paid for the My Designs app?

Yes, we have an integration with Printful and offer a few of their products in our catalog.

You can set the return address to MyDesigns or you. You still have to communicate them with your customers and handle it.

Hi there! Loving the app but it is not behaving like the example in your video. When I open Canvas from the publish Products page and alter an image and hit save - my mockups don't show the revised design? I am using custom mockups available from MyDesigns. I have one design that was centered and all I wanted to do was raise it toward the collar exactly like in your video. Any thoughts? Thank you!

I think it may have to do with the mockups being created prior to opening the publishing pages?

@@ChadCoen if you create them before publishing, you can select them on the product page near the bottom.
Now if you're trying to move the print-file up during publishing, it's not recommended to generate mockups ahead of time and instead update the print-file positioning (first), then generating mockups and publish... Or, you could just select the mockups available during publishing and make changes to the print-file location there and the mockups will update accordingly.

2. If I'm already using Printify, can I still use it alongside MyDesigns? How would that work if MyDesigns doesn't integrate with Printify?

Yes, we have our own catalog of POD products with various printers you can choose to fulfill for you.
We don't integrate with Printify, you can continue to use them for your existing listings, ect.
I suggest using MyDesigns for newer listings if you want to increase the speed of your workflow by ~10x.

If I sign up for the pro plan, am I allowed to create and use the features such as mock ups, and the AI SEO on listings with a totally different print provider or can I only use those if I use mydesigns and the other vendors that you work with?

@@darrellyoung844 the timing was right. We're making good progress on our "Import" and "Sync" features for Etsy. When complete, you can import all your listings, and run bulk processes inside MyDesigns such as generate or improve listing data, add labels (graphics) to mockups, generate video mockups and more - all in bulk, and then sync those changes to the live listings on Etsy (rather you use MyDesigns to fulfill or not).

is it possible to directly publish from mydesigns to etsy without any providers involved? I prefer doing manual listings on etsy, when I get orders I fulfill them however it works best for me(sometimes outside of printify too). basically more control over where I wanna ship the products from.

It is if you publish as a "digital product" and then modify the listing further on Etsy.
We're considering rolling out a feature/add-on plan in the future to let you publish POD products that aren't connected to our products, but it would require a pretty large update.
