Andean Cultural Parade in Cusco

As is often the case, I was just walking around town yesterday afternoon when I stumbled on this parade of different groups from Juliaca, Puno, and Bolivia. People from the U.S. don't understand the importance of these events. People of ALL ages enthusiastically participate in groups that showcase their local culture. In the U.S., parades usually only celebrate white people culture.
