- The Lamborghini Aventador is essentially the definition of a poster car, a car with such an insane design that it occupies the position of dream car for thousands of people. There are few people that are able to own a machine like an Aventador, so here's a video talking about what it's like to have one, to drive it, the positives and negatives!

What was your dream car when you were a kid?
I was in awe when the first gen Viper's came out. Thought it was the craziest thing on the planet. When I first saw one on the road I made my father follow one for 20 minutes till the guy realized and burned us in our ford explorer =(

jim koskey Yeah. Do you think the Countach drove nicely? I don't. They were never made to be easy to live with. That's why the Aventador S still has a single-clutch, and the one that they're working on will likely have one too. Car reviewers don't get the point of the Aventador.😂

Eddie's always the best of his "associates," he's the grown-up of them and I enjoy how much of a "regular dude" he is, even with the supercars. Gives his channel a long-term appeal. (I don't hate the other guys, they're fine once in a while when you want to see something silly.) Takes me a lot of good videos to sub to someone, but I just hit that big red button.
Dream car since 2010 has been the Murcielago sv and I think it will always be.

This guy is living the life, awesome video man! Had to laugh at the "value oriented" comment. I can't tell you how many people yel at me in video comments on my old mustang video complaining about MPGs. It's a legitimate thing though! Nobody likes gassing up constantly!

Happy he’s happy with it. Probably the least assuming Aventador owner ever, especially owning an Explorer too. I’d still have got a more extreme color on it. Lambo’s should always be acid yellow/green or metallic grabber baby blue!

Dream car? Ever since I was little I promised myself to someday buy either a Lamborghini or Ferrari. Ferrari would be either a 430 or 458, while for a lamborghini, either a Gallardo, Huracon, or Aventador. But my love for cars makes it hard to even choose one from the supercar world, oh well, guess we will see what happens

ACE MEDIA yes I was at a shop where they had to remount the ventilation to another direction. Lamborghini themselves didn't provide a solution to this so that shop where I was developed their own solution on that. Pretty crazy!

I have no problem with this guy caring about his fuel economy. There are plenty of faster, better performing cars now that get decent fuel economy. The mindset of supercar automatically equals and excuses shitty gas mileage should no longer be accepted.
It was just amusing that he is complaining about it. It is true that some newer forced induction engines with modern transmissions and lighter weights get much better fuel economy. usually not a concern for supercar owners though

While it doesn't have quite the same curb appeal, I'd take a Ferrari F12 over an Aventador in a heartbeat.
The F12 seemed like more of a GT car. the interior is nicer and much more spacious.
You're probably right..I personally like the 458 over the F12. And Aventador as well over the F12. F12, is cool, but just not balls out sweet. In my opinion. I want more wow factor I think. And the doors.
I really don't care about how sluggish or how hard it is to drive.. that's what makes it a lamborghini flagship :D that design with that sound is enough

I drove 458 and it was 1 big disappointment. I drove Porsche 911 GT3 and that was dissapointing. Lamborghini Huracan was fun and blast to drive.
If you change the Aventador...what would be the next super car?

The huracan performante is a lot quicker and better overall car. The aventador is pretty much about looks and sound only it’s also an old car. The 720s is quicker too

If I'm owning an Aventador, I don't really really care about fuel economy. That said, I do care as a matter of principle; "Gee, it would be nice to get a little bit of mileage out of this thing"...
But what I really care about is range. Says here on this web site that you can get a range of 430ish miles. I'd be okay with that. More would be nicer, but won't complain.

Except for the front ground clearance and the heavy clutch , the Diablo is exceptionly easy car to drive. Only real problem is the crowds it attracted..lol
