You educated the hell outta me (American) on driving to work in London I’m not sure of anywhere in America that is like that when it comes to fines to park in the city or downtown area
UK is really cursing cars nowadays, you're penalised for driving unleaded, hated for driving a diesel and worshipped for driving electric GoKarts..alot of cities are banning cars and even hitting delivery vehicles. I'm from Portsmouth UK and even a small place like that has introduced a congestion charge..
