Great tour! I would actually suggest taking your shoes off and doing the tours in socks. I think it shows respect to the home/ current owners, plus prevents any damage/ dirtying of the floors.

Quite shocking at that price point the celings are so low and the rooms are so small. The finishes are mid. The balconies are embarrassingly narrow. The "theater" is an absolute joke. I dig how high up it is and I guess it's more about location, but it doesn't even seem like an initial cohesive design. It's almost like they combined multiple units into whatever this became. Even the roof area feels cramped. Shouldn't be any more than $20M and that's stretching it.
None of this is your fault, I enjoyed the tour, but please stop with the hip-hop.

It’s very nice. Indeed. I love the pool area. But the overall aesthetic is a little dark, and the fairly low ceilings don’t help. When you have low ceilings in a properly you need to lighten up the décor to give the impression of space.
But then at 30 million to purchase I’m sure the buyer could afford an interior decorator. lol.

I simply meant the music. Just didn’t “vibe” with such a beautiful place. Surfer’s Paradise seems a bit similar to Ft Lauderdale to me. However, we have nothing close to that height here. Just down the road is Miami where they are everywhere. Best of luck selling that stunner.

Finally a video that I can view; instead of those hideous 30 second ones. Good to see that you walk at a normal pace. Sarcasm aside, I could listen to you speak until the end of time. That baritone/basso vocals are riveting to this former tenor lyrica (Opera singer). ? - Does the building move as a building should or is it rigid and stable with no movement? As I could not tell from the way you shot the video. This probably means very little to you but to me I would like to know. I remember when they were digging out for the polling and the ground needed shuring but that was due to non-compacted sand. Something quite fixable. Thanks for a much better designed video for us older people.
