    Hallo, du bist der Erste der diesen TB6560 verständlich erklärt hat.☺
    Hello, you are the first to explain this TB6560 clearly. ☺

    Be careful using those TB6560 modules. The data sheet specifically calls for the 5v logic to be applied to the chip first and be allowed to settle before the motor voltage (24v or more) is applied to the chip. Those module derive the logic voltage from the higher voltage using a 7805 thus compromising the power-up sequence. There have been reports of failed chips as a result. The problem can be resolved with a modification of the power circuitry.

    Hi, in Arduino code you used direction bit and signal impulse, on PCB is CW-in and CCW-in, and enable-in. Here are a diferent between circuit and code ;)

    what is the logic or reason for taking decay at 50% and excitation at 16?

    • @isettech
      @isettech 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      The 50% is to hold the motor at a stop position. Since this requires very low torque, the current can be reduced to reduce the motor current in half which also reduces the voltage on the windings by half which results in holding at 1/4 the power and heat. This permits the motor to cool off and save the power for acceleration moves.
      16 microsteps takes the 1.8degree motor step or 200 steps per revolution and divides the angle by 16 and multiplies the number of steps by 16. This makes the motor run very quiet at low speeds instead of growling at each step. Remember this is soft steps, so accuracy of the steps isn't perfect for in between step positions.

    How can I increase the speed of motor?
    I want to run motor at its highest speed (maximum number of revolutions per minute)

    • @isettech
      @isettech 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Higher speeds simply require your controller to support an acceleration curve as you can't go from 0-300mm/sec in one step, and higher speed moves require higher voltage to the stepper driver. That module has a max voltage of 35 volts. To use a common supply, run it on a 30 volt supply. If you need faster, you will need a higher voltage driver and supply.

    hello sir, I have motor Stepper with operate voltage 2.3 volt with 3.0 A current. if I chose 3.0 from this module, how about the voltage ? please help me . thank you

    • @isettech
      @isettech 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There are a couple of videos regarding using stepper drivers such as this one. The often confusing truth about steppers, is the voltage rating is the voltage at stand still based on the desired current and winding resistance. A stepper driver is a CONSTANT current device. As the motor increases in speed for a quick move, the back EMF requires higher voltage to maintain the same current. As such most of these drivers run on as low as 10 volts for slow moving engraving and such and as high as 40- over 80 volts for fast CNC tools. Think as the voltage applied as only the high speed limiter. Obviously you want to power the stepper driver within it's voltage rating. For my NEMA 17 motors, I have to use a minimum of 24 volts to achieve 300mm/sec moves. My driver can use up to 40 volts. I run 32 volts for my 1A motors.
      Suggested is to start at 24 Volts and test your maximum speeds. For fast moves your controller must enable an acceleration curve. You can't go from 0 to 300mm/sec in one step. If your controller does not support motor acceleration, you will be limited by how fast your stepper can move from a dead stop, or reversing direction. In most cases then the system is a slow speed system and 12 volts is often fine.
