The Moon Palace at the Grand, Cancun, Mexico

One of the best vacations so far. We felt undeserving of it and the treatment at this resort was overwhelming. The staff was so kind and polite and respectful. Not once we felt that they had an attitude or that they were inconvenienced. We made so many memories with our family, had laughter and enjoyed a bunch of great activities. They truly have it all for all ages; it was over the top for children; so much fun for them. The food was great at all the restaurants and while some needed reservations, we did not really have any trouble getting into the places we wanted. We did have to make reservations for some of our dinners (we did that the day we arrived and it's easy as they have an app you can see everything on). But the buffets also had delicious food with many many options and it was not a problem getting into them. It did not feel crowded at all, there was a lot of space between chair at the pools. We took a walk to the other sister resorts, Nizuk and Sunrise, which definitely felt more congested, not a lot of room to move around and the pool chairs were taking up every square inch. They were still very nice, but did not have the same relaxed atmosphere.
We had a great experience here and we definitely recommend this resort and we are 100% considering going back. Has been the best all inclusive we have been at so far.
