awesome work brother! keep it up!
Next time, that rear cover pulls out after the first fold. More room to work. I have the same vehicle. Excellent work.
You kind of threw me off with flipping the video, i was about the freak out like "What ? Theres another subwoofer on the other side too ?"
🤣🤣
I was thinking the same thing lol
I'm trying to do an install the same truck only he wants to add an amp and subwoofer to his factory system that way he can still use his TV's and factory deck and the one I'm working on is supercharged
@PatrickWhite-jd8ug Does he atleast want to replace the factory sub/amp ? The sub in this car is driven by its own amp built into the subwoofers enclosure.. simply connecting a hi/low to the wiring behind the subwoofer would leave everything else in tact. And you can all the connections u need from those wire except the constant power to battery..
Nice Install. quick question, does this radio install retain the 4X4 info on the screen for all the terrain modes etc?
Sadly no, the data that the car uses to communicate is incredibly hard to replicate/integrate into. Idata Maestro is a very well known company for their ability to integrate into many vehicles keeping and providing more information than there was available with the stock radio. but if the information shows up in the cluster area as well it will still show up on that screen but not the radios screen, kind of like my vw golf r. The sport mode and so forth was on my factory screen and my cluster, since they don't make a piece for my car i lost the radio side for information but still had the information on my cluster. Though after a few "sodas" and a day or two of messing around in my vehicle i got maestro to work in my car so do with that what you will.
