Create them seprately... and place it on the excat area where it should be then at the excat frame... parent them to layers.. for example... Parent Hand to Its arm and for shoe parent it to leg

How do you keep the sleeve cuff edge a straight line and the shoulder line curved? When I change the stroke to Round Cup both edges change. Thank you.
The sleeve is a different line on top of the arm line. The arm line has round ends, but is timmed so that the end nearest the head is underneath the sleeve line on top. It looks like there is only one line with different end types but it's two different lines, one on top of the other. I don't think having different end types for the same path is possible, but I'm not completely sure. Watch again from 8:22, where the arm is duplicated.

I just notice something, you did not parent the legs onto the body then at the end it was suddenly fixed. Just sayin'
