Avoid public canteens though, always hit up well established restaurants or family owned ones so you know they’re properly washing and prepping their ingredients to avoid food poisoning

I used to cook Adobo too and loves all kind of Pancit. With desserts, Ube stands out to me. 8:12 Filipina and Indonesia we had the same exact thing and called it same it's lumpia! In Indonesia we have two types of Lumpia, we had lumpia and lumpia basah. Lumpia is deep fried crispy and savory inisde. Lumpia basah in another level! It sweet yet savory it's using wet as a wrap but not that soggy wet... It's rare tho to find lumpia basah in here... My mom home made lumpia also :'D ♥ 🇵🇭 🇮🇩
