Amazing video Mads, the scenery is phenomenal 😳!…just lately you seem to have made a quantum leap with the professionalism of your trip logs, great stuff, thanks 🙏 for the time and effort you put into them. Also your girlfriend is an absolute star 🌟…cold, wet, tired, hungry and she still manages a lovely beaming smile bless her 😁! Looking forward to your next one, as always 👍 Keep well my friend 🙏
Colin, my friend 🤗 I’m doing my best 🫡 The next big adventure will be a 6 day paddling trip to Femunden national park late this month 🍂 She’s a trooper, no doubt about it 🎖️ Enjoy the rest of the weekend 😃
Gjevilvatnet is my home playing groung, I live not far from the other end of it. Have spent a lot of time in Trollheimen during my 47 years of living, both for recreation and hearding sheeps. I feel lucky! I was taking my boat for a slow cool ride yesterday, the 6th of September, clear sky, not a brees to notice and 25 degrees(celsius). Normally 10 degrees lower, but that wil change to normal after this weekend. enviorments are dry and sunny in daytime, humidity normally high in the night. With fantastic colors in the vegetation in fall , prepering for the winter to come. September is the best time of year, fresh sharp mountain air, normally small amount of rain, but can be really cold nights close to freezing point on cloudless days. Love it 🤗
Such an amazing trip through Trollheimen! The campspots in Folddalen and Fagerlidalen looked perfect, and the views of Snota were absolutely stunning. Really enjoyed watching this adventure - thanks for sharing! Norway is such an incredible country 😍
Trollheimen is such a great destination 👌 I can’t agree more when it comes to the camp spots, especially fagerlidalen ⛺️I’m glad you enjoyed the video 😊
Damn it Mads, you are pushing the bar way too high with this one. What an awesome production and so many great views you have put into this amazing hike. Absolutely love your work and how you narrate your stories. 🙌🏻🎥 This is how it's done, and the way to highlight Norway from its best side.
Amazing production, beautifully captured - your videos have always been interesting and entertaining but your processing and cinematography has massively improved, a joy to watch such a beautiful landscape 👍
Great video :) Looks like you had fun! Respect and appreciation for all the 'double' walking you did to get shots! Especially through the river... must have been cold.
Thoroughly enjoyed the video - thanks. How do you find the Rogen? Do you find it more convenient to the Allak 3 on longer hikes? I have, and love my Allak 3, but find it a bit heavy for longer trips. I am considering a Rogen 2 for my longer trips in NZ non-snow trips but don't want to end up with two tents that are nearly the same. My Durston pro 2+ just doesn't give me the confidence when the weather gets rough.
I’m glad to hear that 😃 I love the Rogen 2, but it’s a bit too small for two people. I think the newly released Rogen 3 is fantastic for three season use for two people. The Allak 3 is my favorite tent, but as you say, it’s heavy. If you are going solo hiking, I can definitely recommend the Rogen 👌
Ta oss to f.eks.

@@HikingHansen If you carry 30% more, it means you carry 56.5% of the weight😂But you are probably much stronger so I think twice as much (67%) is fair.

That put a bug in my head to come camping to Norway one day. Greetings from Switzerland 😊
It’s worth the trip 👌 Maybe we should visit each other’s country🇨🇭

Great destinations deserve to be shown in a great way - especially from above. I’m chasing that tshansen bar 🤜
Great memories from my trip there in July. Too bad you couldn’t find a route to the summit of Snota!

It was a bit sad that we didn’t make it to the top, but safety first, always 🤜

just good, informative, some great views and tactical advice. jealous thats for sure, love the work, greatly appreciated.

It was a lot of fun! Double shots are a part of the game 🫡 wonder if I ever will get used to swimming in cold water. It’s just awful 🥶
