well i agree its less difficult to land tricks on cable but its simply a different sport. its all about rails and ramps and air tricks, completely different style than behind boat. youre right i could only 720 behild boat when i started riding cable and can now do 1080's all day on the cable but would never be able to do it behind boat but its just a completely seperate sport with completely different riding styles

its because he is on a cable tow. you can get more air at a cable park because the tow rope is much higher. im not saying this is not impressive because this is awesome but i would like to see this behind a boat

The rope is attached so high he basically goes to the end of the rope and swings upwards. He's definitely not jumping but rather using his momentum to swing upwards.

Well I can't say that I'm not jelly that I don't have the opportunity to wakeboard all day everyday and get paid, but it not impressive given the circumstances and not worthy of a dramatic video.
that was awful looking, no offense, but he looked like he was having a spasm mid air. and learn to grab the board properly! this is not a red bull worthy video.
It is a hard trick i'll give him that. But the trick looks terrible. ungrabbed and everything.

first of all, this title is wrong. it should be called "raley 720 @ cable park" waaaaay different than behind a boat, out in the flats. that is true flatwater.
and crazy tricks like this are ONLY possible on a cable. sooooo whatever not that amazing.
do it behind a boat.... then you can truely say that you claimed it. too many people ride cable now. this breed of wakeboarder is very different, and I say: if you cant land it behind a boat, then it hardly counts. still sick that he stuck this. but TAKE IT TO THE WAKE NOW SON!!!!!

Cable: cool? Yes. Fun? Yes? Real wakeboarding? NO. Its like playing basketball with an 8ft tall rim. Everybody could dunk. That's fun, but not the same as real basketball with a 10ft rim. Nearly anybody with a bit of wakeboard experience and a bit of athletic talent could nail a 720 on a cable in a few weeks.
