Seems no one has an answer for this error. I did the WIndows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade, no problems, but so many things are broken. I'm hoping a clean install will fix things, so I'm looking to backup as much info to make the re-install as painless as possible. Unfortunately, winget fails with this error when using the export command.
