I play along every day when I'm watching your videos but I'm not really progressing in terms of decorating - still terraforming. And omg, I also find it really awkward to bring up the conversation of gaming with others. I usually throw on a fandom tshirt and own it that way. Remember the time when we had to settle our debates without Siri in our pocket? Yeah, look at Melba and Ozzie. Tom Nook saw to that by only allowing Nookphones on the island. Please give Eugene some other glasses so we can his eyes. I have 200+ hours in Baldur's Gate as of right now. It's a fantastic game... objectively nothing compares to it. But yes, there's alot of adult, heavy themes being discussed and some pretty shocking visuals aswell. 20/10 can recommend if you are looking for an unforgetable adventure!
Terraforming is definitely so slow (espeically if you're doing a big portion of the island first, it can be quite tedious) but at least after you're done with all of that you can just focus on decorating! Lol I love a good fandom tshirt moment tooo 🤎 (sometimes I'm like hmm I actually don't have any 'normal' clothes hahah but I'm kinda here for it) I CANNOT WAIT to give Eugene glasses 😂 Ahhh I'm just SO happy you played bg3 too (so far you're the only one haha unless if there's a lurker who never comments 👀) 🤎 I'm still in act 1 but I'm taking it slow because I want to explore EVERYTHING haha. Ngl I can't wait to get into the spicy content LOL. I almost started romancing Gale the other day but when things were about to get spicy I friendzoned him. I just was't vibing him tbh HAHA - sorry Gale maybe next time 😂 yeah deffo toootally different vibes to acnh but I love the balance 😇
I mean I didn't start my island now I started it in February it's technically my first ever island (technical technical first i got to 3 stars but i was mad at having pears so i restarted) but I've been paying my house debts off listening to your videos and I got it fully paid off and expanded my storage once yesterday!! (( I was having a major Kalevala hyper fixation at the time and now my islands name is Sampo, I keep telling everyone and now I'll tell you, it got so bad i bought a second edition book of Kalevala from the mid 1800's i couldn't get my grubby hands on a 1st edition))

You restarted because of pears... I LITERALLY DID THE SAME! I think my first island had pears too if I remembered correct. I played like 5 days and restarted because I wanted cherries (I thought you could only get cherry blossom trees if you had cherries lol). I ended up settling for peaches - and that island became Lumi Isle 😂
