Dotson is late first round to early second round but it really comes down to how many teams need a WR in the first 32 picks. Skill-wise, I'd say late first round as well.

You gotta be able to outscore your opponents and the Bills need more speed and weapons.

Lamb and Cooper are both great players but neither have shown consistency to be an alpha by themselves. They are perfect playing together as 1A and 1B. They will try to sign both Gallup/Wilson for cheap and if both get better offers we’ll draft someone in like the 3rd-5th rounds again.

That isn't true, it's rare and does happen much. The NFL best wide receivers are 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th round picks. History has shown that the majority of NFL talent comes from rounds 1-3. The later round picks are not expected not be pro bowl level players
