Did you end up catching the high-pitched sound during editing/later?
During the one chorus, the last time he asked if you heard it, I believe an ice cube falls into the drink. So I wouldn’t be surprised if they match it up with another appropriate visual or two.
It sounds like a higher note being hit on a xylophone. There is likely an added effect to make it sound more lovely/dreamy, so that it’s pleasant. As it extends, it maintains its volume, so it’s a bit intoxicating that way.

TWICE is such a Tenure in the industry that JYP can give them any type of song, with any type of genre and it will be a hit no matter what.
My humble opinion is that Alcohol Free has the best arrangement of all Twice's title tracks to date. Hopefully this won't spoil your further odyssey into their discography :)

Thats very interesting, when I first heard Alcohol Free I thought it was a very universal song that you could easily hear playing in most beach bars, chill summer vibes. But I guess, on a personal level, a person deciding to listen to it on their playlist I see how its a lot more specific choice than Fancy.

If he wants to hear something that gets "washy and dreamy" he should listen to Perfect World by Twice. The video has a section where you feel like you're on drugs for a second and I'd really like to know his opinion on the production of it.

I would love to hear what he thinks of DPR. It is different from anything you have shown him so far. It is khiphop, but they produce everything from music to MVs. I know you haven't watch them yet either, but please do they are worth the listen. I recommend Hula Hoops or Martini Blue to start.

Twice is a South Korean group that debuted in October 2015 after competing in a survival show called “sixteen” their debut song is called Like Ooh Ahh, they have songs in Korean, Japanese and English.
They are currently the most awarded and best-selling K-Pop girl group, in addition to having received titles such as K-Pop Representative Group, King of Girl Groups, Number One Girl Group in Asia, and in Korea they are called the Nation's Group.
I'm going to talk about them in order of age, from oldest to youngest, and describe who they are according to the music video for "The Feels" is just watching and following, I hope it helps who wants to know more about them
Nayeon (Korean) is the one with the pink streak that starts the song, she is the lead vocal (second vocalist), but she usually sings most of the song, but even the main vocalist is the face (face of the group) and center (considered the prettiest for Koreans) eldest of the group
Jeongyeon (Korean) is the blonde who wears a beret, is lead vocal, is in the same position as Nayeon, even though she doesn't sing almost anything in the songs, unfortunately, because her voice is wonderful, she didn't appear in the dance scenes because she's taken away from activities to care for anxiety issues and a neck injury
Momo (Japanese) is the one with black hair with bangs and blonde highlights, on her clothes she has the number 64, is the main dancer (the main dancer of the group), support vocalist and support rapper
Sana (Japanese) has red hair (my favorite) she only has the title of vocalist but many agree that she should be one of the dancers because she dances very well, and nowadays she also sings a lot
Jihyo (Korean) is the one with black hair with a ponytail, she sings the second part of the chorus, she is the leader of the group and the main vocal (main vocalist) and has also been excelling in dance lately
Mina (born in the USA but raised in Japan) is the one with black hair who sings the slow part sitting on the throne, is a vocalist and lead dancer (the second main dancer) even though some think that nowadays this title should belong to Jihyo or Sana, but at the time they debuted it was given to her, she also tends to sing a lot
Dahyun (Korean) is the one who sings on the counter doing the microphone brush, she is lead rapper (second rapper of the group) and backing vocalist
Chaeyeong (Korean) is the one with short blonde hair, the first to appear sung and winks at the camera, she is the main rapper, she is the backing vocalist but lately she has been improving her vocals a lot
Tzuyu (Taiwanese) is the one who shoots with the hair dryer, she is vocalist, visual (considered the most beautiful for the international audience) and the youngest of the group
